Lighting manufacturer R.C. Lurie’s new 25,000 SF headquarters doubles as a showroom and demonstration space. Jokake coordinated with owner-specified vendor on over ninety different lighting fixtures. Complete site redevelopment and interior and exterior building renovation of two-story second generation masonry office building. Restrooms, conference rooms, storage warehouse, individual offices and HVAC all received a complete overhaul. Major structural shoring was used to make way for a new first floor staircase that doubles as a meeting and collaboration area.

Private tutoring company

35,208 SF tenant improvement for private tutoring company in Tempe, Arizona. The open office call center space includes a variety of collaboration spaces (conference rooms, training rooms, soft seating, etc.) and employee break room/kitchen area. Finishes include glass, moveable walls, concrete floors and a new mezzanine.

Downtown Phoenix

13,000 SF renovation and complete gut of a three story office space in downtown Phoenix with high-end finishes throughout. The first floor features an open lobby and a full bar in lieu of the traditional break room space; the second floor consists of office space with the third encompassing an executive conference room/command center. Due to the age of the building, the team retrofitted the building with a fire sprinkler system and retrofitted the existing elevator.

Discovery Business Campus

The 174,000 square foot redevelopment included substantial site renovations, comprising of 2,100 linear feet underground retention and a new parking lot, as well as significant shell improvements, including the new building facade and monument entrance. The space and building footprint was truly redeveloped with the removal of vacant storage areas to create more parking, adding lighting, and redoing all of the landscaping.

Converting Mid-Century Modern landmark into modern office

In an effort to preserve the historic Farmers & Stockmens Bank building, this project included shell refurbishments that restore the exterior look of the building to how it looked in the 1950’s, as well as the interior build out. The scope of work includes replacing all of the curtain wall to restore it back to the original configuration, constructing a steel canopy, demolishing the drive through ATM canopy, and constructing two new bathrooms. Cuningham Group’s new, two-story architecture office features the original bank vault in the building, open office space, private conference rooms, and an open break room area.
