Jokake worked with ASU vendors to design and install pathways for the ISAAC system to be installed in the bike storage locker. By going the extra mile and meeting the vendors we eliminated the need for excess conduits and wires to be run through the bike storage maintaining a clean look.
Tempe, Arizona
This fast-track renovation included demolition and reconstruction of the entire School of Business plaza area. Existing water fountains and paving were removed and replaced using lower energy and maintenance equipment while existing concrete was salvaged and reused in a garden seating area. The entire area received new irrigation and lovely landscaping. The finished project provides a relaxing space for students and faculty to study in between classes or meet for lunch.
Tempe, Arizona
The complete demolition of pool interior and decking reconfiguration to add new LED exterior lighting with concrete base poles, drinking fountains, structural shade structures, and all new deck coating. The pool received all new tiles including the incorporation of the ASU Sun Devil logo, and new LED interior pool lights before being refilled with approximately 990,000 gallons of water.
