Jokake Promotes Director for New Regional Growth

Jokake Construction has promoted Pat Baldwin from Team Director to Director of Construction Operations effective immediately. Pat will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations for both the field and project management, managing team resources, and ensuring client satisfaction. Baldwin’s operational oversight supports the company’s regional growth and its 2019 plan for new client service offerings.
Baldwin stated, “I am excited to be leading our operational efforts to provide an even better construction experience for our clients. I’ll be focused on enhancing our client centric approach as we continue to grow, placing the team that fits best with the client and their needs to build everything they have to offer.”
Baldwin has been with Jokake for 15 years, building longstanding relationships with clients and playing a major role in Jokake’s success. He also enjoys serving as a mentor and resource to the Boy Scouts of America, leading the clay shooting program for Scouts to earn badges. Baldwin’s extensive experience and mentorship and leadership roles position him to lead a formidable operations team.
