October 10, 2016

The hire represents an investment in industrial and manufacturing markets – an initiative that is part of Jokake’s strategic growth. The company is looking to build upon its reputation and successes in the commercial real estate market and expand both locally and regionally in the coming years. Rosauro’s major responsibilities will include securing new business opportunities with existing and potential key clients.

“Industrial and manufacturing represent key components to Arizona’s sustained growth in the upcoming years,” said Casey Cartier, President and CEO of Jokake Construction. “We are extremely fortunate to have Candace represent us in those markets and we look forward to supporting her personal and professional growth.”

Rosauro’s 10+ years of experience in architectural and construction give her a unique perspective and approach to business development and client relations. Rosauro received a Masters degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. She is an active member of NAIOP Arizona Chapter, Arizona Association for Economic Development, and Greater Phoenix Economic Council.

When asked about joining Jokake, Rosauro commented “I am very excited to be a part of a team whose culture and core business values align with my own. I look forward to working with the talented group we have here and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.”
