JDA Software celebrated the completion and opening of their new headquarters with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, May 17th.

Standing mid-suite, surrounded by JDA employees CEO Baljit Dail greeted and acknowledged special guests including Mayor Jim Lane and representatives from the City of Scottsdale Economic Development department. “We obviously have a long history with Scottsdale,” said Dail. “We’ve been here for a few decades and we’re very pleased to be remaining here.”

Dail thanked Mayor Lane and the City of Scottsdale, Karah Tennyson with Corgan, and Glenn Frey and Carl Politico with Jokake Construction before cutting the ceremonial ribbon and toasting the crowd.

The 55,000 SF office occupies two full floors at the Scottsdale Quarter. The new headquarters provides corporate services for the international supply chain firm including accounting, customer support, human resources, and marketing.

In addition to employee work space, the open-office environment includes unique amenities including a café, coffee bars, a game room, fitness center, showers/locker rooms and a private room for nursing mothers.

Jokake Construction managed all aspects of the tenant improvement build-out including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, budget management, schedule adherence and quality control.
