Jokake Construction Wins 2016 Marketing Communication Award for Best Social Media Campaign

Jokake Construction recently received the 2016 Marketing Communications Award for Best Social Media Campaign from the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Arizona. The award recognized Jokake’s 2015 Work Spaces marketing campaign for its creativity and results.
The campaign targeted brokers, developers and technology-based/start-up corporate clients interested in open-office concepts in lieu of closed office spaces and/or cubicle farms. The campaign highlighted emerging trends in commercial real estate offices and provided useful content such as space-use reporting and details about amenities. Specific call-to-actions were implemented across multiple social platforms and uses including video.
Jokake leveraged their 30+ year history of tenant improvement/office renovation experience to a brand new audience in an engaging way. The social media campaign was designed to communicate Jokake’s understanding and appreciation of the uniqueness of tech/start-up companies (who they are, how they work, how they utilize their office environments) and Jokake’s unwavering ability to partner with these individuals and companies on the development of their office environments.
Jokake is an expert in building creative office environments that appeal to technology and software companies and tout experience with national and international firms including Weebly, Workiva, and JDA Software.
