		SunCor Development Offices Tempe, AZ – 36,800 sf corporate office in Tempe's Hayden Ferry Lakeside. The offices overlook Tempe Town Lake and feature a highly sophisticated circular stairway adjoining floors 4 and 5. The interior features high-lustre cherry wood doors, columns, wall finishes and desks in the executive suites, conference rooms and lobby. View Project

		Monster Worldwide Tenant Improvement Tempe, AZ –unlike most call centers, this 39,000 sf interior is visually stimulating through the use of Monster's corporate colors, natural lighting, and unique forms.  Providing an open space that takes advantage of natural lighting required many innovations.  The space represents a dynamic, high-energy workplace; an alternative to conventional call centers. This fast-track tenant improvement was executed with the highest level of quality and met all owner and design team expectations. The project team had an initial 14-week schedule and successfully completed the space one week early, a clear result of effective communication and cohesive teamwork.

		DMB Associates Jokake completed two floors of this 35,000-square-foot high-end office building in 1999 and returned in 2005 to expand into an additional floor. Jokake also provided extensive Preconstruction Services in both phases of this tenant improvement. View Project
