		Glendale Community College Student Union Remodel CM at Risk Glendale, AZ- Jokake began the 4-Phase remodel of the Glendale Community College Student Union building in September 2005. The scope includes a modernized, colorful and efficient new servery, new tile flooring, new student game room, new offices for Student Government and clubs. View Project

		Saguaro Library Remodel CM at Risk Phoenix, AZ - Complete interior and exterior renovation of 11,000 sf library to create improved infrastructure and technology upgrades and modernized finishes.  Scheduled for completion in May 2008

		Arizona Department of Administration CEO Office CM at Risk Phoenix, AZ -Remodel of existing shell space into 1,707 sf of administrative offices for the campus CEO and staff. Project included many high end finishes and unique features including a rounded conference room with curved windows, custom interior lighting fixutres and curved flooring install patterns. Scope also included addition of exterior canopy and soffits, and new exterior lighting.
