Jokake began the 4-Phase remodel of the Glendale Community College Student Union building in September 2005. The scope includes a modernized, colorful and efficient new servery, new tile flooring, new student game room, new offices for Student Government and clubs. Upcoming phases include conversion of the atrium, former Student Lounge and Council Chambers into configurable meeting rooms with integration of natural light, connecting inside and outside space and linking the diverse architectural styles of the campus.
