Jokake’s Hospitality team helps hotels and hospitality clients meet their construction needs with minimal impact on the guest experience. The team’s work demands sensitive construction practices on very tight timelines.

Our team works with hospitality clients in both peak season and off-season time periods to help them renovate and refresh their facilities. We develop carefully coordinated construction schedules and plans that are designed to keep rooms and facilities as operational as possible while important renovations are being done.

  Jokake implemented a nine-phase renovation plan to upgrade this 96,000 square foot residential continuing care community, all within Hyatt’s normal business hours and with full occupancy.  The scope included all MPE throughout the facility and new cafeteria, bar, and cocktail areas, as well as dining room remodels.

  Jokake Construction was tasked with renovating and modernizing the iconic Stockyards Restaurant in Phoenix, one of the most popular gathering places in the Valley of the Sun. The goal was to preserve its rustic feel while creating a comfortable, contemporary dining experience.

  Jokake converted a retail store along Scottsdale Road in Old Town into a new 3,000 square foot concept restaurant with a custom granite serving bar and patio eating area — all built in two months.
