This Women’s Breast Care Center involved ground-up construction of an 8,500 square foot building being built in the “U” of a horseshoe-shaped hospital, without disturbing other hospital functions.
For Yavapai Regional Medical Center, we met another fast track MRI and PET/CT build-out requirement while all adjacent departments within the hospital remained in operation. Both projects were completed in 12 weeks to meet equipment delivery dates.
This 36,000 square foot neighborhood health center was built in an abandoned Harkins Movie Theatre – a great example of adaptive re-use. The new facility includes clinical space for family practice, pediatrics, women’s health, dental and pharmacy.
This new pediatric center was critical to the hospital new children’s expansion and had to be completed quickly – in 70 days. This project was in a building that was occupied with medical practices on the floors below and above.
