Our team of project managers and superintendents features individual records of 10 to 40 years in successful healthcare pre-construction and construction.

We know that healthcare facilities have unique construction challenges, and how important it is to complete construction projects quickly and efficiently. We work closely with our clients from the beginning of the process to ensure that our work has the least amount of impact possible on patient care.

• Laser Spine Institute Surgery Center

  Laser Spine Institute asked us to build out a 25,000 square foot hospital in an existing commercial building in only four months. We met their goal and provided a state-of-the-art surgery center with many other key amenities.

• Scottsdale Healthcare Angio Bi-Plane

  View Project Occupied Space, On Time and On Budget

  Our scope included the demolition and conversion of an existing Angio lab into a new, state-of-the-art Angio Bi-plane Lab. Not only was the project on budget, but Jokake met the extremely tight schedule of a 70-day build-out to bring services to the hospital’s patients quicker.

• Banner Desert Ambulatory Surgery Center

  Jokake’s Healthcare Building Team was challenged with remodeling an existing PACU space that needed to remain operating while keeping key facilities open. Not one day of procedure delay was incurred by the hospital.

• Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Campus 3rd floor

  View Project Quiet Patient Room Upgrades

  Scottsdale Healthcare presented us with a unique challenge – renovate 32 patient rooms, a nurse’s station, and support areas all on the same floor, without disturbing the patients who occupied 24 of the 32 rooms at one time.

• John C. Lincoln Ambulatory Surgery Center

  This 12,600 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center was part of three other projects for John C. Lincoln hospitals and they wanted all projects completed within the same time frame. The project was fast tracked and completed in 25 weeks.

• Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Campus – Cath Labs

  Our Healthcare Building Team completed a total of four phased Cath Lab projects for the Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn and Shea Campuses. All projects were fast tracked with tight schedules of 10 to 12 weeks.
