Our team often works while school is in session to renovate key educational facilities to meet modern-day needs. This includes such technically demanding spaces as laboratories, infrastructure and plant facilities, public areas and classroom spaces.

  As a Construction Manager at Risk, Jokake replaced and upgraded South Mountain Community College’s central plant, including a 2,500-square-foot addition, site work, underground utility relocation, and replacement of central plant chiller.
