Jokake’s Commercial Building Team has more than 25 years of experience insuccessfully delivering fast track tenant improvements, new construction, and occupied remodels for corporate, financial, industrial, and retail clients.

Our team specializes in taking difficult projects and completing them on-time, on-budget and with no headaches for our clients. We deal with unique challenges and complex construction situations on a daily basis, and work with our clients to make sure we’re meeting their needs in every aspect of our work.

We understand that time is money, and that our clients need their commercial and retail spaces up and running in a timely manner. Over our almost 30 years, we have worked in over 90% of all Class A office buildings in the Phoenix-metro area. And our experience in occupied spaces means that renovations to existing facilities are done in a careful, safe and minimally impactful manner.
