JRES provided turn-key services to Superior Marble, a processor and distributor of calcium carbonate building materials. Every phase of the development and construction process, including capital acquisition, was executed by JRES to produce an operating facility that was on time, within budget, and capable of making product on operational day one. In addition, JRES facilitated the extension of a special-use permit for the client to allow it to continue operating in the town of Queen Creek, Arizona through the transition to the newly constructed facility.
