This four building mixed-use project included a historic renovation of the original Stockyards Administration Building and Stockyards Restaurant as well as the development of Class A office, office condo, and industrial condo warehouse space. JRES orchestrated on behalf of ownership all the technical aspects associated with the creation of architectural design, the production of construction documents, the processing of plans, and the coordination of the entire development process including government interface, construction and permanent financing and the marketing program. Additionally, JRES on behalf of ownership negotiated and acquired historic designation which included a significant grant that offset a large portion of the historic renovation.
