Wells Fargo Plaza Restack
Tenant Improvement
100 W Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ - Jokake completed a 15 floor remodel/restack with an accelerated schedule in a 30+ year old building in downtown Phoenix. All 15 floors were run on separate schedules to accommodate move-out and move-in dates. Three floors were taken back to shell condition to accommodate asbestos abatement, with the remaining seven floors undergoing substantial tenant improvement remodel including building core fire damper upgrades.
