The interior of this 50,000 sf tenant improvement was designed first and foremost to satisfy the in house staff of Computer Associates. The amenities include a 3500sf employee fitness center, customer/staff
theater room and a state of the art video teleconference room. The design also called for several radius walls, giving it a contemporary look and feel.
