 Corporate Headquarters and Research & Development Center tenant improvement. Fender had a "can't miss" move date which required Jokake to begin construction of the tenant improvements well in advance of the completion of the building's roof and climatizing of the shell. Clear communication and teamwork with subcontractors and the shell contractor resulted in Fender moving in on time and the schedule being completed 3 weeks early.
