Demolition and Remodel Done Ahead of Schedule
For the Family Advocacy Center in Phoenix, Jokake completed a 31,294 sf demolition and remodel project on the top floor of a 40-year-old, multi-story building located at 2120 N. Central Avenue. It was a three-phase occupied remodel including office, lab and exam space. Interior and exterior demolition, as well as structural work, was also necessary in order to complete key ADA upgrades at the facility. The construction was originally slated to take 200 days to complete, but Jokake completed the project one month ahead of schedule even though the scope of work was increased during the course of construction.
